Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by Bella Patio, including but not limited to serving meals and beverages in our restaurant, take-out meals. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Reservations

If you reserve a table in our restaurant, we ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your reserved time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and give the table to other guests. We also reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not show up without informing us in advance.

Payments

We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, bank cards and credit cards. Payments must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your meal, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to solve the problem. 

Liability

We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence. We are also not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the consumption of our meals or beverages, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos and trademarks, is the property of Bella Patio or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our express permission.
